The Nauticat 43, designed by Sparkman & Stevens, is capable of taking you anywhere in the world in ease and comfort. Yofee has an extensive inventory and is fully equipped. Sail handling is a breeze with electric roller furlers for the headsails and main, and in-mast furling for the mizzen. She has a custom hardtop with a brand new full enclosure. All systems are very current and in good working order. This boat is the definition of ready-to-cruise.
Accommodations:
Starting at the bow, there is a large V-berth with room for gear storage in lockers in the forward cabin. Cushions are covered in cream-colored UltraLeather. The forward head is aft of the V-berth to port, with a large hanging locker opposite. The large U-shaped galley features Grunert holding-plate refrigeration and Adler-Barbour refrigeration, a 3-burner stainless steel stove and oven, and a built-in microwave. A washer/dryer combo unit resides opposite the galley, along with an office/work area for laptop and desk work and a small upright refrigerator for easy access to drinks and cold snacks.
The main salon is raised a couple of steps from the forward and aft cabins, and there is great visibility and light with large fixed windows. There is a comfortable dinette to port and an inside helm station to starboard. The steering station has all necessary nav displays close at hand, including radar, autopilot, and full instrumentation.
Aft of the salon is a cabin to port with upper and lower berths. The aft head is to starboard and features a separate shower stall and electric head. The aft cabin has abundant storage and a large centerline berth with UltraSuede covers. There is a hatch overhead for natural ventilation, and three AC units provide cool air for all cabins, while an Espar diesel cabin heater provides warmth on cool nights.
There are privacy shades on all hatches and custom curtains throughout. This is a very well-kept boat with no signs of water intrusion and no odors.

Sails and Rigging
This boat's sail handling system is very easy to operate from the cockpit. She is a cutter ketch, and the genoa and staysail are on electric-drive Bamar furlers, new in 2004. The mainsail has electric in-mast furling. The mizzen has in-mast furling. Wireless remote control allows the helmsman to reef or take in the sails at the touch of a button from anywhere on the boat, with a manual override in the event of any failure of the electric furlers. The rigging is high-quality stainless steel and show no signs of corrosion. The mast step is also clean and free of corrosion
