This is your chance to own an extensively equipped, very lightly used Catalina 350 at a substantial savings. Special options include wireless Ray Marine Sea Talk Auto Pilot control, shore power connection at the bow, closed cell cockpit cushions, flat screen TV with custom wood work and inverter installation, and Sunbrella canvas hatch covers to name just a few. This is a new listing so additional information and photos will follow. This must be the roomiest 35-footer on the market.

Accommodations:

DescriptionBerths for seven are provided in the V-berth (2), Starboard settee (1), port settee/dining area with the optional dinette conversion package with bench seat to form a large double (2), and the aft state room with luxurious queen sized berth (2) and ample cedar lined hanging lockers and drawers. The cabins are finished with Ultra Leather fabric cushions and hand varnished teak joiner work. Down the companionway, the chart table is located conveniently to port. The galley, equipped with top and front load refrigeration, separate freezer, double stainless steel sink, microwave and 3-burner propane stove and oven is opposite to starboard. The head with separate shower stall, molded sink and vanity is located on the opposite side of the port main bulkhead, across from the hanging locker. Ample ventilation is supplied by 5 screened deck hatches and 6 screened opening ports.

Head

A reliable electric marine head with macerator is provided along with hot and cold pressure water. Hot water is supplied electrically by an 11 gal. hot water heater when dockside and via a heat exchanger from the engine when underway. A separate shower stall 12-volt shower sump pump will discharge shower water, helping to keep the bilge clean and odor free. A molded vanity and sink provide easy to clean surfaces. A 22-gallon gravity discharged holding tank may be emptied via a dockside pump out or discharged via a valve and thru hull.

Electrical

110V AC and 12V DC services. The 110-volt AC shore power provides dockside service for hot water, the 17,000 BTU reverse cycle Air Conditioning system, and the multiple outlets in the galley, head, and each cabin. The 12-volt DC system has two 4-D-batteries connected by selector switches at the Nav station for isolating batteries or combining them. Both the 110V and 12V service panels are equipped with breaker switches above the nav station.

Electronics

Equipped with Ray Marine ST-60 Knot Depth Wind with Nav Station repeater, ST 6001 Smart Pilot, Type 1, Linear w/Gyro 2 and wireless remote, C80 Chartplotter w/ GPS Navionics, VHF Radio w/ 2 microphones and speaker in cockpit, AM/FM Radio w/ 6 CD changer

Deck and Hull

A reliable electric marine head with macerator is provided along with hot and cold pressure water. Hot water is supplied electrically by an 11 gal. hot water heater when dockside and via a heat exchanger from the engine when underway. A separate shower stall 12-volt shower sump pump will discharge shower water, helping to keep the bilge clean and odor free. A molded vanity and sink provide easy to clean surfaces. A 22-gallon gravity discharged holding tank may be emptied via a dockside pump out or discharged via a valve and thru hull.

Sails and Rigging

Schaeffer Roller furling is standard for the Genoa, and the Main Sail, with all lines and sail controls led and handled from the cockpit. Large self tailing primary winches, 6 to 1 cabin top traveler, rigid boom vang, and 6 to 1 main sheet purchase make sail adjustments easy in the heaviest of conditions.

Mechanical

A 35HP Universal MB-35B with updated engine cooling system provides more than enough power to push her at hull speed, and the addition of the standard drip less shaft seal keeps the bilge dry. The dual direction Maxwell windless make properly sized ground tackle chores easy.
