This is a meticulously maintained, pristine example of the Catalina 320MK1, close to new boat condition, yet priced to sell quickly.

Accommodations:

Berths for seven are provided in the V-berth (2), port settee (1), starboard settee converts to a double (2), and the aft cabin sleeps 2 in queen sized comfort (2). The main salon is finished with blue fabric cushions and varnished teak joiner work with contrasting fabrics on the V- birth and aft cabin cushions. Down the companionway, the chart table is located conveniently to starboard with the galley opposite to port. A very spacious and well appointed head with shower is located forward. The galley with double stainless steel sinks, 2 burner propane stove with oven, large double opening ice box, dry storage, and custom molded counter tops are located on to port. Two large cedar lined hanging lockers are located fore and aft.. Ample ventilation is supplied by 4 screened opening ports and 2 screened overhead hatches. The cabin “ceilings” are trimmed in solid ash.

Galley

Complementing the galley set up are a dual access large top-loading insulated icebox, dry storage compartment, and custom molded counter tops. The propane stove has 2 burners and an oven and is gimbaled for duty under sail. The 110 A/C operated micro wave oven is available for use when hooked up to shore power. The galley has 2 deep stainless steel sinks, hot and cold pressure water, and plenty of storage in cabinets both above and below.

Head

A reliable manual marine head is provided along with hot and cold pressure water. Hot water is supplied electrically by a hot water heater when dockside and via a heat exchanger from the engine when underway. A 12-volt shower sump pump will discharge shower water, helping to keep the bilge clean and odor free. A molded vanity and sink provide easy to clean surfaces. A 22-gallon holding tank may be emptied via a dockside pump out or discharged via a y-valve and thru hull.

Electrical

JAMP 4 has both 110V AC and 12V DC services. The 110-volt AC shore power provides dockside service for hot water, the 2 “NEW” switch selected 4-D batteries, are charged by a replaced “Charles 5000 SP “ charger and by a high output alternator when under power. Multiple 110 A/C outlets are located in the galley, head, and each cabin. Both the 110V and 12V service panels are equipped with breaker switches above the nav station.

Electronics

JAMP 4 is equipped with Raymarine ST 60 Knot, Depth and Wind located in a “NAV POD” at the helm above the engine instrumentation and a Richie SP-5 stainless Steel compass. A Raymarine 210 VHF radio is mounted at a convenient location below.

Additional Features and Equipment

JAMP 4 is a very capable and accommodating “A” category rated sailboat. Her “miscellaneous” list includes all the required Coast Guard safety equipment, a properly sized Danforth S1600, and 22 lb.
