The Catalina 30 Tall Rig is an excellent performance cruising design.  She is well appointed with sleeping accommodations for six (or more) and has ample storage space. Additionally, she has many of the sought after extras such as; microwave, stereo system, refrigeration, air conditioning, etc. A list of recent upgrades includes:

Accommodations:

“Desdemona” is an aft cockpit layout Catalina 30 Tall Rig.  Immediately upon boarding the vessel there are (3) cockpit storage lockers.  Upon descending the companionway ladder to port is a good sized galley with cooking stove, refrigerator, microwave and double sinks with pressurized water. To starboard is the nav station and a double berth. Between the galley and the main salon is the engine compartment. To port the settee converts to a double berth; to starboard a single. There are seating accommodations for about six.  Above and behind the settee area are dry goods storage spaces.  Forward of the salon to port is the head ; to starboard is a decent sized hanging locker forward of which is a good sized V-berth. This vessel is laid out very comfortably and has been well taken care of.
