It is always a pleasure to find a boat for sale that has been loved and maintained by a knowledgeable and experienced owner. Patriot is that boat. We are delighted to offer her to you for your consideration for a twin diesel powered express cruiser that will take you comfortably to far horizons. She is well equipped with updated electronics and has been serviced on a regular basis with her maintenance records available. Her bottom was painted in April 2011 and props balanced at that time. Accommodations: Patriot’s layout offers sleeping accommodations for up to six people in two cabins. The owner's stateroom is forward and has an expandable centerline queen berth with abundant storage and a handy hanging locker. Over and under berths are found to port and an enclosed head compartment is to starboard, followed by a U-shaped dinette that converts to a double berth. The galley is conveniently located aft to port. The interior is light and bright and offers light colors with curved bulkheads and wood trim. Unique to this Trojan 11 Meter Express is a custom teak and holly cabin sole. Nice. Galley The galley is equipped with a front-loading Subzero side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, deep stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressure water, 2-burner electric stove, and a Litton microwave. Head A fresh water VacuFlush head is provided along with hot and cold pressure water. Hot water is supplied electrically by a hot water heater powered by shorepower or the genset. A 12-volt shower sump pump will discharge shower water, helping to keep the bilge clean and odor free. A molded vanity and SS sink provide easy to clean surfaces. A 40-gallon holding tank may be emptied via a dockside pump out or discharged by the on-board macerator. Electrical Patriot has both 110V AC and 12V DC services. She has an optional Statpower 40 amp automatic battery charger, (2) 8D flooded wet-cell batteries, and a 8KW Westerbeke generator. The 110-volt AC shore power provides dockside service for hot water, multiple outlets in the galley, head, and each cabin. The generator provides the same service away from the dock. The 12-volt DC system has 2 batteries. Both the 110V and 12V service panels are equipped with breaker switches. A reverse-cycle heat pump with electronic thermostat keeps the cabin cool - or provides heat if desired. Electronics Patriot is equipped with a Raymarine 6001 autopilot, Raymarine RL 80C color chartplotter and radar, Raymarine L760 color fishfinder, Raymarine 4KW radome, Raymarine ST60 Depthfinder, and a Raymarine Ray55 VHF radio. A Sony AM/FM/CD stereo with 3 cabin speakers and two cockpit speakers provides the tunes. Deck Equipment Patriot has a custom hardtop with full enclosure, a cockpit awning, Simpson-Lawrence electric anchor windlass, 22# Danforth anchor with 20’ chain and 200’ rode, saltwater washdown, electric windshield opener, a remote control ACR spotlight mounted on the bow pulpit, in-deck storage, swim platform, double spreader outriggers, rod holders and rocket launchers, and electric windshield wipers. Engines and Mechanical Equipment Twin Detroit 671TIB’s (450HP X 2). One engine rebuilt at 1300 hrs and showing 727 hrs. Glendinning engine synchronizers. Dahl fuel filters. Water cooled turbos. Trim tabs. Automatic bilge pump. Built-in oil exchanger pump for engines and generator. Cruise speed – 25mph, Top speed – 30mph. Consumption – 30 gph at cruise speed, depending on wind and sea conditions and vessel loading. Safety Equipment and Accessories Patriot is a very capable and accommodating express powerboat. Her “miscellaneous” list includes all the required Coast Guard safety equipment, SS swim ladder mounted on full-width fiberglass transom platform, compass, and 3 electric bilge pumps with float switches.
