The legend continues ... The world's most famous and well-traveled 20-foot cruising sailboat, the Flicka has sailed every ocean and circumnavigated the globe. A full-keel design drawn by Bruce Bingham, she offers four berths and standing headroom in a stout, seakindly package. Built to exacting standards by Pacific Seacraft, she will take you any place you wish to sail!

Daisy comes complete with a trailer and a dinghy with outboard. She was fitted with a new Yanmar engine in 2005 and new ports in 2007.

Accommodations:

The V-berth is forward, with a settee to starboard and galley to port. The galley will surprise you - it's better than what you'd expect in a much larger boat, including a large insulated icebox, 2-burner alcohol stove, three galley drawers, shelves and lockers. A privacy curtain pulls across to enclose a porta-potti located beneath the V-berth filler cushion.

Electrical

12-volt DC ship's battery and 110-volt AC shorepower, equipped with battery selector switch and 8-amp battery charger

Electronics

Depth sounder, VHF radio, compass

Deck and Hull

Daisy has a dark green hull, teak trim, and the single-hander's package, with all sail controls led aft to the cockpit, where they are conveniently handled with four bronze winches and appropriate cleats.

Sails and Rigging

Tanbark sails, including main, 150 genoa, and working jib

Mechanical

Yanmar 1GM10, NEW 2005

Safety Equipment and Accessories

Gear includes Danforth primary and CQR secondary anchors, foldaway dining table, liferaft, West Marine 9' inflatable dinghy (NEW 2008), and 3 hp Johnson outboard. In addition, Daisy has been registered in the Bahamas, with duty paid, so you can cruise without the hassle of obtaining a Bahamian cruising permit.
